Ghana coach Kwasi Abiah said he was satisfied with Cameroon's draw against Cameroon.
Cameroon and Ghana drew 0-0 at the Ismailia Stadium on Saturday (June 29th).
The match was played in the second round of Group F, 2019 African Nations Cup, hosted by Egypt until 19 July.
"Modern football is not based on opportunities and we have created many opportunities but we have failed to translate them into goals," said Quasi Abiah at the press conference.
"This result is unfair, because we made a lot of chances, but in the end the negative result ended the meeting."
"Each coach has his own ideas and I think I was right in this formation," the coach said.
The tournament, which will be hosted by Egypt from 21 June to 19 July, will be attended by 24 teams divided into six groups.
Egypt, Cameroon, Senegal, Tunisia, Nigeria, Morocco, Congo, Ghana, Mali, Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea, Algeria, South Africa, Uganda, Benin, Mauritania, Madagascar, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Guinea Bissau, Angola, Tanzania and Burundi.
