Russian President Dmitry Piskov said Sunday that US President Donald Trump, for the first time in a bilateral meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the G-20 summit, had expressed his intention to intensify constructive dialogue with Russia and that Putin and Trump spoke confidently about the continuation High-level contacts.
"The US president has expressed his intention to intensify the dialogue," said Piskov of Moscow's Kremlin-Putin program, which is broadcast on Russia 1, and he has long spoken of his desire to take the path of normalization and development of relations. "Putin and Trump have talked confidently about continuing high-level contacts," Piskov said.
