Russian specialists are working to build weapons according to new physical principles.
The military expert, commander of anti-aircraft missile forces of the Special Operations Command (2007-2009) and reserve colonel Sergey Khatibulf spoke in an interview with Moskovsky Komsomolits on the subject.
