The UAE on Friday issued the first comment on the agreement between the Sudanese military council and the opposition over the interim period.
The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Anwar Gargash, Tweet Commenting on the agreement between the military junta and the opposition on the establishment of the next transitional period.
"We congratulate the brotherly Sudan on the agreement that establishes a promising political transition," Gargash said.
He continued: "Care for the homeland and dialogue and then dialogue paved the way for this agreement, we stand with Sudan in hard and easy."
"We hope that the next stage will witness the establishment of a solid constitutional system that will strengthen the role of institutions within a broad national and national consensus."
"The important thing in the brotherly Sudan is that the dialogue should continue without restraint, and about an agreement on the transitional arrangements that guarantee and establish a stable constitutional system," Gargash said in a previous editorial.

The mediator, Mohamed Hassan Lapad, confirmed on Friday that it was agreed between the Transitional Military Council and the forces of the Declaration of Freedom and Change to establish a thorough and transparent national independent investigation of all the events that occurred in the country in recent weeks in the country.
"The Transitional Military Council and the forces of the Declaration of Freedom and Change have agreed to establish a thorough and transparent national independent investigation of all the events that have taken place in the country in recent weeks in the country," Lapad told a news conference.
"It was agreed to form a sovereignty council headed by alternating between the military and civilians for a transitional period of 3 years or more and the establishment of a civil government with independent national competencies and prime minister of the same qualities."

The Transitional Military Council (TCC) has been handling the affairs of the Sudan since the ousting of former President Omar al-Bashir on April 11 following widespread popular protests to continue protests against the council demanding the transfer of power to civilians.
Talks between the military junta and the opposition have reached an impasse amid deep disagreements over the formation of the sovereign council mandated to run the transition.
On June 3, Sudanese security forces stormed the scene of the opposition forces' sit-in in front of the army's general headquarters in the center of the capital Khartoum and broke up their sit-in by force, killing more than 100 people.
