A Russian military news site posted a video showing the US destroyer "Carnegie DDG64" entering the waters of the Black Sea, to participate in naval exercises "Sea Breeze".
The Russian channel "Zvezda" quoted the video and indicated that the reason for the entry of the American destroyer Black Sea is because of its participation in military exercises in Ukraine.
The Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Navy is accompanying the destroyer and has been prepared to face any event during the military naval exercises in Ukraine involving NATO naval forces.
Some 900 military personnel from the United States of America, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey and Georgia are taking part in the naval exercises, with the participation of more than 30 different military pieces.
On 25 November, three Ukrainian naval vessels crossed the international border of Russia, sailing from the Black Sea to the Kerch Strait, and entered the temporarily closed water area in Russian territorial waters. The legal demands of ships and boats belonging to the Russian federal security forces, to stop immediately, and eventually the three vessels and the 24 sailors were detained, and the Russian Federal Security Service opened an investigation into the issue of illegal crossing of state borders.
