Egypt, on Friday evening, secured the full group title by beating Uganda 2-0 in the group stage of the African Cup of Nations held in Egypt until 19 July.
Egypt's Pharaohs, Egyptian international and Liverpool star Mohamed Salah, opened the scoring in the 36th minute.
Egypt captain Ahmad Al-Mohammadi added a powerful shot from Uganda in the 45th minute.
Egypt won the first group with nine points from three consecutive wins, while Uganda finished second with 4 points, after Congo's sudden victory over Zimbabwe with a clean four.
