The Premiership Premier League this season will launch the video technology "mouse" during the competition for the first time in the history of the tournament, but will apply it with new conditions and rules.
The Guardian has published a new set of rules and conditions set by the English Premier League, known for its unique arbitrary privacy, which favors speed, few stops and allowing clashes.
The newspaper said the "mouse" technique is applied in the English league under the slogan "minimum intervention … maximum impact".
The Primerligh also raises the slogan "Mouse for All", where it will use giant screens to re-broadcast the dialectical cases that will be reviewed by "mouse" to be in full view of all audiences, but only appear on the "mouse" screens.
The Guardian said that the only exception to the application of this idea are the stadiums "Liverpool" Anfield "and Manchester United" Old Trafford "for lack of giant screens in them.
"There will be big differences in the implementation of decisions between what is being followed in Europe and what is being followed in England," Neil Sawarbrick, director of video technology in the English Premier League, was quoted as saying.
"Frankly, I think the assessment of cases in European football is different from the English league," he said.
"If we deal with the same perspective as the application of video technology in European football, this will reduce the known rush from the English league, but more important is that the referees go to the management of the games and do their normal daily work, with additional protection provided by video technology."
"In the English Premier League, referees will intervene in the most obvious cases, because we hope the games will not be suspended for long periods of time in order to review cases on the side screen."
The British newspaper said that the rulers were instructed not to resort to the technique of "mouse" on a continuous basis, and content with the decision from the video room, except in the case of critical arguments, or serious footage that was absent from the eyes of the referee.
The Premier League kick-off on Friday evening with a clash between Liverpool and Norwich City at Anfield.
