Saudi King Salman bin Abdul Aziz arrived in Mina to oversee the progress of the Hajj process and services to the pilgrims.
According to SPA, upon the arrival of King Salman, he was received by Prince Faisal bin Khalid, adviser to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prince Khalid bin Faisal bin Turki, Undersecretary of the Ministry of National Guard for the Western Sector, and His Excellency Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef, Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Higher Hajj Committee.
King Salman, in the presence of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and Yemeni President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi, the Grand Mufti of the Kingdom, scholars and sheikhs, and senior guests from the GCC countries and leaders of the military sectors involved in organizing the Hajj.
King Salman delivered a speech in which he said: "I am pleased to congratulate you today and congratulate the citizens and pilgrims on the Eid al-Adha, asking God Almighty to make it a return to us and the Islamic nation with goodness, blessing and acceptance."
