The PLO warns against settlers breaking into Al-Aqsa on Eid al-Adha

Breaking news-

The PLO's human rights department has warned that Israeli police will block Eid prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque and open it to settlers.

The Palestinian Authority said that if the Israeli army allows the storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque during the Eid prayer, it is a dangerous precedent that has not occurred since the Israeli occupation of the Palestinian territory in 1967. According to the agency "Sama".

The Palestinian Authority said in a statement on Saturday:

Such a decision violates the doctrine of all Muslims, as an attack on the sanctity of God, one day in the holy days, and a violation of all laws, customs and international conventions that provided for the respect of heavenly beliefs and laws.

The Department added that "the implementation of international resolutions, and to address all those who violate it is the responsibility of the international community, and prevent the consequences of ominous consequences, if the occupation authorities implemented its plan for tomorrow, which falls on Eid al-Adha."

The Department called on the Palestinian people to respond to the call of the Mufti, the Islamic Authority, the Awqaf Council and the National Forces to pull the backpacker to the Al-Aqsa Mosque on the first day of Eid al-Adha, close mosques and establish Eid prayers in Al-Aqsa Mosque only, and postpone the slaughter of sacrifices for the second day of Eid.

In the same context, the Islamic bodies, announced on Friday, the closure of mosques in the city of Jerusalem on the first day of Eid al-Adha, corresponding to tomorrow, Sunday, to be Eid prayer university in Al-Aqsa.

The decision by the Palestinian authorities came in response to an Israeli decision to ban worshipers from holding Eid prayers, and in response to a decision by the Israeli police to assess the situation in Al-Aqsa with the early morning hours of Eid.

The Palestinian religious organizations said in a statement:

The Islamic Supreme Council, the Council of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs and Dar al-Ifta will stand united against the imposition of any spatial or temporal division of the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The bodies called on all Palestinians to march on the first day of Eid al-Adha towards Jerusalem. The Islamic bodies also stressed the "permissibility of postponing the slaughter of sacrificial animals for the second day of Eid al-Adha, until Naser al-Aqsa on the first day of Eid."

The statement concluded:

Let us be one hand in the face of every unjust decision.

This position comes after the groups and organizations of the "alleged structure" demanded the Israeli government to allow the Jews to storm Al-Aqsa during Eid al-Adha, even if it is a Muslim holiday, and increase the times of incursions, to include all the hours of morning and noon, and not only to do so, but demanded the "closure of Al-Aqsa Throughout the first day of Eid in the face of Muslims, and open it to the Jews all day.
