Russian President Vladimir Putin attended a motorbike parade near the city of Sevastopol in the Crimea on Saturday night.
A video was posted on Putin's telegram driving an Ural motorcycle.
The president appears on the video wearing a leather jacket accompanied by the leader of the club "Night Wolves", Alexander Zaldastanov.
Putin opened the festival with a speech to participants, saying: You have a wonderful tradition of keeping the best that can be in the heart of every Russian person.
The festival was joined by Crimean President Sergei Aksyonov and the interim ruler of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvojayev.
The flag of Russia was decorated with Putin's bicycle and was greeted by the psalms.
Putin attended the cycling festival in Sevastopol for the first time in July 2010. He arrived driving a Harley-Davidson tricycle.
