The camera will not need a hole, noch, or anything else to place a place in the touch screen of the front camera, but it will be built into the touch screen and will not appear until it is turned on.
Huawei's announcement of the launch of a built-in camera on the touch screen is different from what Shawy has already announced. The camera will be on the screen but its location is reserved and will not be used for any other purpose, unlike the upcoming Huawei.
