The commanders of the military "Breeze of the Sea" maneuvers have been forced to adjust their plans.
The exercises, known as "Sea Breeze" maneuvers in the Black Sea off the coast of Ukraine, are described as international maneuvers, involving the United States of America, other NATO members and countries bordering the Black Sea.
Russia defied the "sea breeze 2019," according to the commander of the Ukrainian Navy Igor Voronchenko, explaining that Russia closed a specific area in the Black Sea.
According to the news agency "Yunyan", quoting the commander of the Ukrainian naval forces that they received notification of the closure of a specific area in the Black Sea from Russia on the day before the launch of the "sea breeze".
The commander of the Ukrainian navy said they had modified the exercise plan and would operate in other parts of the Black Sea.
The "Breeze of the Sea 2019" began on July 1, on the outskirts of Odessa with the participation of nearly 3,000 soldiers from 12 countries, and will continue until July 12.
