The Panama Navigation Authority says it has begun the process of removing the flag from the tanker winds for the purpose of violating international rules

The Panamanian shipping authority said on Saturday it had begun the process of withdrawing the registration of an oil tanker called "Wind", which was pulled to Iran after it disappeared from the ship tracking maps in the Strait of Hormuz on July 14.
