MBC Saudi Arabia has made some changes to members of the new season 5 program of the talent discovery program The Voice.
In a statement on Sunday, MBC announced the departure of the Lebanese singer Elissa from the jury of the program and the replacement of Moroccan singer Samira Said.
One of the most important changes of the jury of the program is the return of cooperation between the Lebanese singer Ragheb Alama and the Emirati singer Ahlam after years of tension between them while they were in the jury of the Arab Idol Competition Program, Saudi Arabia as well.

Elissa announced in mid-July that it was leaving the jury of the Voice program in response to one of its observers.
She assured him that the station management had not informed her about her participation in the new season, and that even if she had been informed of the participation, she would apologize because of her preoccupation with recording her new album.
I was not contacted for the new season, but even if they will contact me, I will apologize because I am busy with my album this year https://t.co/aRWV22rzsA

The Lebanese singer, Assi El-Hellani, will not be included in the "Voice" jury, while Egyptian singer Mohamed Hamaki will continue in the new season.
It is noteworthy that there were rumors that the withdrawal of Ragheb Alama from the third season of the program, "Arab Idol," because of the artist Ahlam, which denied the spokesman of the group, "MBC" Mazen Hayek, in an interview with "Al Arabiya" in April April 2014, explaining that Ahlam did not have a direct relationship with the withdrawal of Ragheb Alama from the Arab Idol judging panel in the third season.
Hayek said in response to a question about the validity of the connection between Ragheb Alama's withdrawal from the program and his public disagreements with Ahlam, saying: "Ragheb's withdrawal came from a decision of his own choosing and to his full satisfaction. And continuous ".
In response to a question about a phrase written by Ahlam through her account on the Twitter social networking site, she said: "It's nice to have your orders ordered," and the validity of the link between this phrase and a willing withdrawal from the program. Hayek said: To write on its page what you want about the orders and requests .. But nothing to do with the "MBC", nor a clear link in the "twinkle" with the program "Arab Idol", or the decision of Ragheb Al-Akhir .. It is not logical to involve dreams in that or Omar to download "Twitter" more than tolerable.
