The head of the Russian Center for Reconciliation in Syria, Major General Alexei Pachin, announced the death of 10 Syrian soldiers and the injury of 21 others in repelling a terrorist attack in the de-escalation zone in Idlib.
"As a result of the shelling and repelling terrorist attack, 10 Syrian soldiers were killed and 21 wounded," Pachin said.
At 6.05 pm, gunmen from terrorist groups attacked government forces positions in the area of Abu Daly village (in Ma'rat al-Nouman area of Idlib governorate).
Terrorists who violate the ceasefire regime and destabilize the situation in the de-escalation zone in Idlib continue to regularly shell villages and towns in northern Hama governorate and in Lattakia with mortar shells. Terrorist groups are also trying to attack Syrian army positions.
