US media assess the sixth-generation Russian bomber

Breaking news-

The US media tried to analyze information about the promising sixth-generation Russian bomber Pak Da, which is being developed.

Russia's Defense Ministry aims to create an invisible sixth-generation strategic bomber, the National Interest magazine reported.

She added that the most striking aspect of Pak Da is how close it is to enter service. The first model is expected to appear in 2021-2022, the first flight is planned in 2025-2026, and massive deliveries will begin in 2028-2029.

It is worth noting that the launcher is a completely new project with new conceptual solutions. Their probability of appearing on enemy radars is considerably low and has extensive combat capabilities. The main advantage of the da da is incognito and not supersonic speed.

The new Russian bomber will be equipped with missiles with a range of up to 7,000 kilometers. Moreover, these missiles will be able to analyze the state of air and radar. They are also supposed to be able to change targets during flight and adjust their route independently in order to avoid radars. Certainly, such a weapon is located in Pak Da's internal weapons compartment.

The magazine notes that it is unlikely to replace the new bomber Tu-160 and Tu-22M3 updated, which provides avionics and new weapons.
