Nazih stressed the need for the United Nations to proceed from its commitment to international legitimacy and said it was not yet clear whether this initiative would constitute a pressure force to defuse the border dispute or whether it is a tactics Israel is conducting with the United Nations related to the issue of demarcation of the maritime borders and an attempt to dilute the situation for Oil Extraction.
